Execution of a shareholders' agreement
 

Moscow, Russian Federation (13 July 2017) - Public Joint Stock Company "MegaFon" (LSE: MFON), a leading Russian provider of integrated digital services ("MegaFon" or the "Company") announces that it has been notified on the fact of execution of a shareholders' agreement by Sonera Holding B.V. and LLC "AF Telecom Holding".

MegaFon's shareholders Sonera Holding B.V. and LLC "AF Telecom Holding" jointly notified MegaFon on the fact of execution of a shareholders' agreement dated 4 July 2017 between them.
