Metalloinvest announces the change of name of Metalloinvest Finance Limited

Moscow, Russia - 13 May 2016 - Metalloinvest announces the change of name of the issuer of Eurobonds 2016 and Eurobonds 2020, Metalloinvest Finance Limited (the 'Company'). New registered name of the Company is Metalloinvest Finance Designated Activity Company.

Re-registration to a Designated Activity Company has been made due to requirements of the Irish Companies Act 2014.
