Metalloinvest announces dividend payment

Moscow, Russia - 30 June 2017 - Metalloinvest ("the Company"), a leading global iron ore and HBI producer and supplier, and one of the regional producers of high-quality steel, today announces that the Company will pay a dividend following its results in the first quarter of 2017.

On the basis of a recommendation from Metalloinvest's Board of Directors, the Company's shareholders took the decision to pay a dividend amounting to RUB 25.1 bn.
