Public Joint Stock Company "Mining and Metallurgical Company "NORILSK NICKEL" (PJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel", "Nornickel" or the "Company")

PJSC MMC NORILSK NICKEL SIGNED A 5-YEAR USD 2.5 BILLION FACILITY AGREEMENT WITH THE SYNDICATE OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

The transaction: Subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower:

(a)               a dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility A Commitments; and

(b)               a dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Facility B Commitments.
