Reference is made to the trust deeds dated 30 March 2011 and 19 April 2013 made between among others BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited as note trustee and
Mriya Agro Holding Public Limited (the "Issuer"), pursuant to which the Issuer issued the Notes referred to above.

Reference is also made to the notices to holders of the Notes ("Noteholders") dated 1 August 2014 and 13 August 2014 (the "Previous Notices"). This is an update to the Previous Notices.
Lender Process Meetings

As part of the initiation of our review of the Group's capital structure, process meetings, to which all of the Group's bilateral lenders were invited, were held in Kiev and Vienna yesterday, 21 August 2014.
Ad hoc Noteholder Group

Following our request that Noteholders appoint a committee to represent their interests, we have been notified that Noteholders holding in excess of 50% of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes and approximately 15% of the outstanding principal amount of the Issuer's 2018 notes have formed an ad hoc committee (the "Committee"). Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP alongside Ilyashev & Partners have been appointed as legal advisers to the Committee. We and our advisers are engaging with the Committee and its legal advisers and are in the process formalising arrangements.
