Münster/Munich, June 11th 2019 - Dr. Michael Reinicke, Matthias Siedler and Markus Barnikel have disrupted the mobility landscape when they launched carpooling and mitfahrgelegenheit which has grown into the largest ride-sharing platform on the planet. They have now joined the advisory board of Mycro to support the token sale and help create the world's largest real time job matching platform.

André Bruckmann and Christian Hampe, founding partners of Mycro, came up with the idea of Mycrojobs when chatting with their neighbours over the fence: simple jobs such as mowing the lawn, bringing recyclables to the containers or walking the dog is taking up a lot of time that could be freed up if support was at hand. Connecting simple jobs with people who love to get it done in real time is what Mycro will bring to our communities.

With the token sale, that is starting June 11th, Mycro is taking a different approach from the existing job platforms: Having identified the global demand to match simple jobs such as gardening, small repairs and cleaning in real time, Mycro is using blockchain technology with a decentralized approach to allow for a reliable build up of the two-sided marketplace. Mycro will be applying a city-by-city approach to guarantee best matching of supply and demand as well as better responding to local demand.

"The three most important offerings of a peer-to-peer job platform to allow for fast growth and wide user acceptance are good liquidity to allow for efficient job matching, reliable trust and security features as well as adequate pricing and payment mechanisms. In other words, the platform has to make sure that jobbers and job providers can focus on getting the job done and Mycro takes care of the rest - such as matching, locating, coordinating, securing, clearing, rating and paying the parties. We want to empower and bring together in real time people across the world to do the things they really love to do." says André Bruckmann, CEO and founder of Mycro.

"When we met with the founders of Mycro, we quickly realized that the opportunities and challenges of building carpooling into a multi-modal mobility platform that delivers millions of trips are very similar to those of Mycro. We are excited to share this knowledge with the Mycro team and support them shaping the future of the global job market," says Markus Barnikel, former CEO of Carpooling GmbH.

carpooling scaled from a small startup to a community with 7 million members in 45 countries. Several million people used the platform in 5,000 cities across the globe until the startup got successfully sold and integrated into BlaBlaCar.

Mycro's token sale will appear on BitForex Exchange Turbo platform starting on June 11th.
