Robin Richiger joins Zurmont Madison as partner

Zurich - March 10, 2011: Zurmont Madison strengthens team further. Robin Richiger (40), an experienced investment banker and M&A advisor, will start as a new partner in the private equity team at Zurmont Madison Management AG.

Robin Richiger has over 13 years of experience in the field of investment banking and corporate finance, most recently as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions/Advisory at Bank Vontobel AG. In addition, he is active on the board of directors in his family's group of companies in the construction sector. Following his career entry at PwC Corporate Finance with a master's degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen, he participated in the development of the corporate finance unit at Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie until this advisory team, together with the equity brokerage unit, was sold to Bank Vontobel AG in 2006. During his advisory role, Robin Richiger attended to a multitude of financial transactions, such as acquisitions and divestitures of companies, financings and capital market transactions, both domestically and abroad.
