Munich, 17.12.2012 - The Germany based ecommerce mass-customization company Pearlfection GmbH, www.pearlfection.de, with focus on individualization of precious jewellery raises a growth financing round in the lower seven digit Euro range.

Mountain Super Angel AG and Ecommerce Alliance AG already invested in a former round in summer 2011, this new capital round was conducted by existing shareholders, including Berlin Ventures and the management, as well as the ERP Start Fonds of KfW and the Idealo.de founder Martin Sinner.

The new capital enables Pearlfection to further accelerate their growth and to strengthen their leading role in the segment of 'mass customization' of jewellery.

Pearlfection produces customized jewellery, which is configurated by a proprietary internet based design tool. The focus on online visualization of engravings as well as the possibility of selecting different precious jewellery elements enables Pearlfection in a unique way to combine the advantages of the internet with the key success factors of the attractive jewellery market.

'Next to our lead investors we are especially happy to have attracted Martin Sinner the founder of Idealo, and KfW, who will further strengthen our technology and sector competence.' so Hendrik Ernst, founder and managing director of Pearlfection GmbH.
