The Supervisory Board of PFISTERER Holding AG ("PFISTERER") informs that Mr. Michael Keinert, CFO, has left the Executive Board of PFISTERER with immediate effect. Martin Billhardt, CEO, takes over his departmental responsibility on a temporary base.

Mr. Holger Schlechter, Director of Corporate Finance, is responsible for the entire finance department and reports directly to Mr. Martin Billhardt. The other departments and responsibilities remain unchanged.

Furthermore Mr. Alf Henryk Wulf, CEO GE Power Germany, was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board at the Annual General Meeting at the 4th of July 2018. Mr. Wulf succeeds Mrs. Dorothee Staengel. Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Blättchen, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PFISTERER, warmly welcomes Mr. Wulf on behalf of the Supervisory Board and is looking forward to the future cooperation.
