Issue of Shares
The Company advises that 6,040,682 new ordinary fully paid shares have been issued at £0.008 in lieu of fees due as per an agreed contract.
Following the issue of the new shares the Company's issued share capital will be 7,595,830,782 ordinary shares.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM expected on or around 16 September 2016. The above figure of 7,595,830,782 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
