Rapid Nutrition PLC: Listing of Rapid Nutrition PLC on Frankfurt Stock Exchange
 
 
London / Frankfurt, 7 July 2014: With effect from 10 June, the total number of 23,188,450 million shares in Rapid Nutrition PLC was included in the Entry Standard segment, a partial segment of the Open Market on Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
 
Rapid Nutrition PLC's share opened trading at a price of EUR 2.90. The changeover to the Entry Standard is part of the strategic repositioning of Rapid Nutrition PLC on the capital market. Before, Rapid Nutrition PLC was listed in the First Quote segment of GXG. Higher transparency requirements that adhere with the changeover to the Entry Standard as well as the broadened investor basis are fundamental for using the listing on the capital market for further development of the company and a continuation of the growth story.
 
The securities prospectus that is required for the admission to the Entry Standard was already approved by the German Financial Supervisory Authority BaFin in May 2014 and published on Rapid Nutrition PLC's website HYPERLINK "https://3c.gmx.net/mail/client/dereferrer?redirectUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.rn plc.com%2F" www.rnplc.com.

CEO of Rapid Nutrition, Simon St. Ledger, says that he is very delighted about the listing of the shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. "With our presence on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, we are listed on an internationally recognized stock exchange."
