Rapid Nutrition to Acquire U.S.-based Nutraceutical Company
Global healthcare company signs letter of intent with US Nutraceutical Company

London, United Kingdom - Supporting its continued growth and expansion across the globe, Rapid Nutrition recently signed a letter of intent to acquire a successful US Nutraceutical company to accelerate manufacturing in the United States. Rapid Nutrition, an organic healthcare company, has continued to grow its distribution throughout the United States over the past several years and this acquisition is the first step in the company's industry-specific consolidation strategy.

Designed to bolster business and the company's balance sheet, the acquisition will allow Rapid Nutrition to incorporate several million in additional revenue and expands its intellectual property with some very unique ingredients, resulting in increased margins on its current product portfolio as well as an anticipated additional $10 million in topline revenue within the first year.

The acquisition will provide an extensive product portfolio and substantial intellectual property as well as additional new export markets, with an established footprint in Europe and a facility that will serve as headquarters for Rapid Nutrition in the United States.
