Sberbank assigned AAA rating by ACRA
 

March 21st 2017, Moscow - Sberbank was assigned an AAA credit rating with stable outlook by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA).

Sberbank's rating is explained by the organization's high level of systemic importance to the Russian economiy. According to ACRA's assessment, Sberbank is characterized by a high level of standalone credit assessment as compared to its peers in Russia.

ACRA emphasized a very strong risk profile, adequate valuation of capital adequacy, adequate assessment of the risk profile and comfortable liquiditity position as some of the key factors applicable to Sberbank's rating score.

The stable outlook assumes a highly probable rating consistency over a period of the next 12-18 months.

ACRA was founded on November 20th 2015. The agency functions in compliance with the latest regulatory requirement and sees the provision of the Russian market with a quality rating product as its main task.
