Luterbach, Switzerland – 19 May 2020 – Georg Wechsler informed the Board of Directors that he has decided to reduce his professional commitments. He will therefore not stand for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors of Schaffner Holding AG at the next Annual General Meeting on 12 January 2021.

Georg Wechsler has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012 and since then has been Chairman of the Risk and Audit Committee. The Board of Directors would like to express its warm thanks for his many years of competent commitment and wishes him all the best for the future.

The search for a new member with a proven track record in finance and accounting has already been launched. The proposal for election to the next General Assembly will be communicated in due course.
