The Board of Directors of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' on 15th of September 2014 adopted the following resolution which, if occurred (taken), has, in the issuer's opinion, an influence on the value of its equity securities: 'Amendment of Regulations on Non-state pension coverage of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' employees'.
Content of the resolution adopted:
Clause 2, Section I shall be amended to read as follows:
'Non-state pension coverage (hereinafter - NPC) of OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' employees is carried out by Open Joint Stock Company 'Non-state pension fund 'Surgutneftegas' (hereinafter - Fund).
The definition of Pension rules of the Fund in Clause 4, Section I shall be amended to read as follows:
'Pension rules of the Fund - 'Pension rules of Open Joint Stock Company 'Non-state pension fund 'Surgutneftegas'.
Appendix 3 shall be restated to read as follows.
