Ch Display Opt's LCD Modules Total Sales Revenue Reached

(10 April 2017, Hong Kong) - China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited ("Ch Display Opt" or the "Group"; HKSE stock code: 334) today announced the sales revenue of its LCD modules for March 2017.

Ch Display Opt's total sales revenue of LCD modules increased by 47.8% year-on-year to RMB 296 million in March 2017. Sales revenue of non-laminated LCD modules increased by 43.9% year-on-year to RMB 132 million, while sales revenue of laminated LCD modules was RMB 164 million with a year-on-year increase of 51.1%.

For the period from January to March 2017, the Group's total sales revenue of LCD modules increased by 29.8% year-on-year to RMB 813 million. Sales revenue of non-laminated LCD modules increased by 86.7% year-on-year to RMB 414 million while sales revenue of laminated LCD modules was RMB 399 million with a year-on-year slight decrease of 1.4%.

Wuhan CSOT, a fellow subsidiary of the Group, formally signed a cooperation agreement for Wuhan CSOT's 6th generation of LTPS AMOLED project (t4) in March 2017. The 6th generation production line for flexible display panel will reach a monthly productivity of 45,000 units, with its main product, the foldable AMOLED display panel. Along with the project development, the Group expects the synergy effect brought by the in-depth cooperation with Wuhan CSOT will help the Group to provide a more comprehensive deployment in upstream supply for LCD panel.
