Tinkoff Controlling Shareholder Completes USD 20mn GDR Repurchase Initiative
Moscow, Russia - 17 July 2018. TCS Group Holding PLC (TCS LI) (the "Group"), Russia's leading digital provider of financial and lifestyle products and services, has been notified of transactions in its GDRs by the Group's controlling shareholder and PDMR, Oleg Tinkov.
Oleg Tinkov purchased a further 233,210 GDRs between 6 and 12 July for a total amount of approximately USD 4.9 mn. This brings the total amount of GDRs purchased by Oleg Tinkov in recent weeks to 960,000 GDRs for a total consideration of approximately USD 20 mn.
These transactions highlight the confidence of the controlling shareholder in the Group's continued strong performance and the robust growth of new businesses launched as part of Tinkoff.ru's financial ecosystem.

About the Group
