Union Medical Healthcare's sales contracts surge by 40%
year on year in 2017
Expands medical aesthetic floor to further enhance service quality

(10 April 2017, Hong Kong) Union Medical Healthcare Limited ("Union Medical Healthcare" or the "Company"; together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", SEHK stock code: 2138), a leading aesthetic medical service provider in Hong Kong, is pleased to announce today that based on the latest assessment by the Board with reference to the preliminary unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group currently available, the Group expects to record an increase of no less than 40% in total sales contracts for the year ended 31 March 2017 compared with that of 2016, which was mainly attributable to the Group's elevated level of services and expanded service mix leading to the increase in the customers' sales contracts, in particular sales contracts from the PRC customers.

In addition, the Group expanded a new medical aesthetic service floor on level 53 of Langham Place in Mong Kok. The gross floor area of the Group's flagship store in Langham Place increased by 18,000 sq. ft. from 55,000 sq. ft. to 73,000 sq. ft., representing an increase of approximately 33%.
