Handover of VZ Group's CFO function
Zurich, 7 July 2017 - Philipp Marti has decided to leave VZ Group for personal reasons. He will resign as member of the Group Executive Board and as CFO on
1 October 2017. Rafael Pfaffen, who has been VZ Depository Bank's CFO for 10 years, has been appointed as his successor by the Board of Directors. To ensure a smooth handover, Philipp Marti will support his successor until the end of March 2018. The members of the Board of Directors regret Philipp Marti's decision and thank him for his commitment over the past years. At the same time, they look forward to continue working with Rafael Pfaffen.
