Pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') on June 8, 2010 Third Avenue Trust, New York, United States of America, gave us notice, that on June 4, 2010 their voting interest in our company fell below the threshold of 3% and amounts 2,094,455 voting rights of our company corresponding to approximately 2,99% of all voting rights on this day.

2. Pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') on June 8, 2010 Third Avenue Management LLC, New York, United States of America, gave us notice, that on June 4, 2010 their voting interest in our company fell below the threshold of 3% and amounts 2,094,455 voting rights of our company corresponding to approximately 2,99% of all voting rights on this day.

In total 2,094,455 of the voting rights corresponding to approximately 2,99 % are attributable to Third Avenue Management LLC in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
