Awarded AMI Contract of RMB 24 million
from State Grid in Shandong Province

(Hong Kong, 12 November 2015) Wasion Group Holdings Limited ("Wasion Group", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"; stock code: 3393.HK), a leading energy metering and energy management expert in China, is pleased to announce that the Group has won a contract of approximately RMB24 million for two Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems from Shandong Electric Power Company. It represents that the superior products and systems of the Group has gained an even wider nationwide access to more provinces.
