WA Holdings, Inc., Salt Lake City, USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 2, 2014 and on that day amounted to 4.99% (318,283 Voting Rights).

Of these Voting Rights, 4.99% (318,283 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to WA Holdings, Inc., pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2 WpHG.

Voting Rights of the following shareholders holding 3% or more in zooplus AG are to be attributed to WA Holdings, Inc.:
