Hubert Burda Media Holding Kommanditgesellschaft, Offenburg, Germany, has informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, have fallen below the 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 02, 2015 and on that day amounted to 18.86% (this corresponds to 1,317,239 Voting Rights). All of these Voting Rights are attributed to Hubert Burda Media Holding Kommanditgesellschaft in accordance with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
The Voting Rights attributed to Hubert Burda Media Holding Kommanditgesellschaft are held by the following companies that are controlled by Hubert Burda Media Holding Kommanditgesellschaft and whose share of the Voting Rights in zooplus AG amount to 3% or more:
