Information statement on OJSC 'Surgutneftegas' failure to fulfill its obligations to holders of its equity securities

Details of the Issuer's obligation: dividend payment for 2013. Amount of the Issuer's obligation in money terms:
dividend payment for ordinary shares: RUB 21,436 mn; dividend payment for preference shares: RUB 18,177 mn.
End date of dividend payment period (date when the Issuer's obligation is to be discharged): dividends shall be paid not later than on August 20, 2014.
Fact of the Issuer's failure to discharge its obligations: obligation is discharged not in full.
Reason for the Issuer's failure to fulfill its corresponding obligation to holders of its equity securities partial discharge of obligation is due to the lack of information about shareholders required for dividend transfer.
