On March 12, 2015, REG Overseas Holdings B.V., Amsterdam Schiphol, Netherlands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on PETROTEC AG, Borken-Burlo, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 12, 2015 and on that day amounted to 84.42% (this corresponds to 20720234 Voting Rights).
