Yuzhou Properties Successfully Introduces Taiwan Life Insurance and TransGlobe Life Insurance as Strategic Investors

(May 13, 2015, HONG KONG) Yuzhou Properties Co. Ltd. ("Yuzhou Properties" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"; stock code: 01628.HK), the leading property developer from Fujian, China, is pleased to announce that the placing of new shares. The 360 million placing shares representing approximately 10.4% of the existing issued share capital of 3,456 million shares. The placing price is HK$2.2 per share. The gross proceeds from the placing, amounting to approximately HK$792 million, will be used for land replenishment in currently developing cities and newly entered cities, which also beneficial to improve the daily transaction of shares. Taiwan Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and TransGlobe Life Insurance Inc. are two of the key placess. The two Taiwan life insurance companies invested in Yuzhou Properties as strategic investors show that large financial institutions in Taiwan have been optimistic about Yuzhou's long-term development.
