Jun Yang Solar Announces Positive Profit Alert
Big Jump in Net Profit from HK$121 Million Last Year

(Hong Kong, 7 July 2015) - Jun Yang Solar Power Investments Limited ("Jun Yang Solar" or the "Group", SEHK: 397) is delighted to announce that, the Group is expected to record a significant rise in profit attributable to owners of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2015 as compared to that for the corresponding period in 2014 of approximately HK$121 million.

Such profit is principally attributable to the gain arising on change in fair value of held-for-trading investments of not less than HK$500 million.
