Dr. Jasmin Dettmar joins Willkie Farr & Gallagher's Frankfurt office as a Special European Counsel in the Finance Practice, effective September 1, 2015.

Dr. Dettmar focuses her practice on advising on complex acquisition finance projects for financial sponsors, corporate and project finance matters as well as on restructurings.
