Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders

Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, 15 September 2015 - Leclanché SA (SIX Swiss Exchange: LECN), specialized in the production of large format lithium-ion cells and innovative energy storage solutions, invites its shareholder to take part in the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders which will take place on 6 October 2015 at 2:30 p.m. (doors open at 2:00 p.m.), at Avenue des Sports 42, 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains.

The Agenda is the following:

1.- Discharge of the Board of Directors

2.- Compensation of the Members of Executive Management

3.- Ordinary Capital Increase

4.- Modification of Article 23quater of Articles of Association

Leclanché operates a fully automated plant for the production of large format lithium-ion cells at an annual maximum capacity of up to one million cells and is capable of running multiple chemistries through production for different cell characteristics. In addition, Leclanché offers a number of specialized battery systems through its Portable Business Unit, such as customer-specific energy storage systems for defense and medical applications. Leclanché also distributes primary and secondary batteries and accessories of other producers.
