GUTBURG IMMOBILIEN S.A. ANNOUNCES INTERIM RESULTS H1 2015

- Revenue increased to EUR18.5 million, up 8% YOY

- Adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR8.9 million, up 19% YOY

- FFO I increased to EUR4.6 million, up 24% compared to H1 2014

- Equity rose to EUR91 million, up 35% YTD; Adjusted Equity increased to EUR127 million with an adjusted equity ratio of 39%, up from 34% at year-end 2014

- Leverage decreased to an LTV of 61%, compared to 66% year-end 2014

Luxembourg, September 30, 2015 - Gutburg Immobilien S.A. (the 'Company', 'Gutburg') announces the interim results for the first half of 2015. The figures reflect the improving performance of the portfolio as stable demand for residential property in East German metropolitan areas has a positive impact on the business development of Gutburg. The positive operational development supported the Company's strategy to maintain a healthy capital structure with a decrease in LTV to 61% and an increase of the adjusted equity ratio to 39%.

East German metropolitan areas. Around half of the rentable area and the rental revenue is made up by the properties in Leipzig.
