The shareholders of Employour GmbH ("Employour") have sold all their shares to Gruner + Jahr, a Bertelsmann subsidiary. Employour, together with Bertelsmann's Medienfabrik embrace, is now the market leading platform for job starters.

Employour, established in 2010 by Daniel Schütt and Stefan Peukert and headquartered in Bochum, Germany, runs a portfolio of five dedicated portals, targeting all segments of young talents.

Together, Employour and embrace have more than 10 million page views per month and over 200,000 registered members. The list of customers across all networks and advisory businesses comprises 26 of the 30 DAX companies and a total of more than 820 companies. 210 employees at locations in Gütersloh, Bochum and Berlin develop innovative products and services for the human resources market.
