Increase in voting rights

BUWOG AG hereby notifies pursuant to section 93 para 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act that at the end of February 2016 the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 99,773,479 voting rights. The company's share capital at the end of February 2016 is EUR 99,773,479.00 and is divided into 99,773,479 ordinary no-par value shares which represent a pro rate amount of the share capital of EUR 1.00 each.

For information purpose please note that the increase results from the issuance of 120,000 shares of BUWOG AG pursuant to the exercise of option rights under the Long-Term Incentive Programme 2014 granted to the executive board.
