SThree plc announces that on 2 September 2016 it issued 153,328 new Ordinary shares of 1p each. For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,019,541 Ordinary shares of 1p each.

Following this issue the total number of voting rights in SThree is 128,370,459 ordinary shares of 1p each and there are 1,649,082 shares held in treasury.
