TCL Communication Announces Shipment Figures of
Handsets and Other Products for November

Alcatel Partners with U.S. Operator T-Mobile to Launch IDOL 4S with Windows 10
TCL 950 Receives 2016 "Best User Experience Mobile" Award

(Hong Kong, 7 December 2016) - TCL Communication Technology Holdings Limited ("TCL Communication" or the "Company" which, together with its subsidiaries and its affiliates, is referred to as the "Group") today announced the unaudited figures for shipments of handsets and other products in November and the first eleven months of 2016.

The Group's total sales volume of handsets and other products totalled 6,486,000 units in November 2016. Sales volume of handsets and other products in overseas markets totalled 6,279,000 units, while shipments in China market totalled 207,000 units. Sales volume of smart devices totalled 3,944,000 units, and accounted for 61% of the Group's total shipment for the month. For the first eleven months of 2016, the cumulative sales volume of handsets and other products totalled 62,902,000 units, while the cumulative sales volume of smart devices totalled 35,580,000 units.

In mid-November, the U.S. operator T-Mobile collaborated with the Group's Alcatel brand to exclusively launch its flagship IDOL 4S with Windows 10 smartphone. This is the follow up to the Android powered IDOL 4S, which made its entry to the global market during this year. The new version of IDOL 4S with Windows 10 comes with its iconic Virtual Reality Goggles and its Qualcomm(R) Snapdragon(TM) 820 processor, in addition to a 21 Megapixel main camera, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. In addition, the IDOL 4S with Windows 10 allows quick launch of Windows 10 features including Continuum and Windows Hello with its finger print sensor. With Continuum, users are able to connect IDOL 4S with Windows 10 handset to a second screen, keyboard and mouse for a desktop experience, providing huge flexibility.

At the beginning of November, the Group held a photography competition named "Seeking Lute and Sword" for its business flagship handset TCL 950 and received overwhelming response with over 3,000 entries. TCL 950 received the 2016 "Best User Experience Mobile" award on the China Mobile Phone Industry Innovation Conference, which is the another testament of the product's popularity in the mass market.

TCL Corporation joined The 18th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) during mid-November, which is also renowned as the "Best Chinese Technology Exhibition", and introduced its products including Xess mini, Smart Home, Sky-tech Cloud Service. Following the launch of Xess at the Annual Autumn New Product Presentation, it is TCL Corporation's first time to showcase at CHTF with a series of new products including the Group's BigPad product Xess mini. Smart Home has been constantly improving a wide range of functions of household living; apart from the Smart Living Room, Smart Laundry Rack was also showed at the fair, which allows remote control through mobile terminals to creates solutions for smart balcony by integrating with Smart Home system. Sky-tech Cloud Service products, which focuses on office applications, were also debuted at the fair, with an aim to provide users with more user friendly and safer web conferences.
