AEVIS VICTORIA SA publishes a supplement No 5 to the prospectus of its public takeover offer for LifeWatch Ltd.
Following a decision of the Takeover Board dated 22 May 2017, the main offer period of the offer made by AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVIS VICTORIA) to LifeWatch AG's shareholders is extended until 31 May 2017. AEVIS VICTORIA therefore publishes a supplement to the prospectus of its offer dated 20 February 2017 to reflect this extension.
