AEVIS VICTORIA SA - Q1 2017 total revenue increased by 17.0% to CHF 169.7 million

During the first quarter of 2017, AEVIS VICTORIA realised a total revenue of CHF 169.7 million (2016: CHF 145.0 million), up 17.0% mainly due to the integration of Générale-Beaulieu Holding SA. Based on an unchanged portfolio without new acquisitions, AEVIS VICTORIA SA expects to realise a total revenue of more than CHF 700 million and an EBITDA of more than CHF 100 million in 2017.

The AEVIS VICTORIA group submitted an acquisition offer in cash or in shares to all shareholders of Linde Holding Biel/Bienne AG, owner of Clinique des Tilleuls in Bienne, for its integration in Swiss Medical Network. Swiss Medical Network entered into a CHF 120 million syndicated credit facility with UBS Switzerland AG, for its development and acquisitions. With regard to the participations, the sale of 11.9% of LifeWatch AG to BioTelemetry will generate an extraordinary net profit of more than CHF 8 million.
