Further to the announcement on 10 August 2017, the Joint Administrators of Fairpoint Group Plc have arranged for the company's registered office to be changed to c/o RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF.

The Joint Administrators have confirmed that, based on current information, there is no prospect of a return to equity shareholders of Fairpoint Group Plc.
