CPI PROPERTY GROUP - Disposal of Budaors Office Park
CPI PROPERTY GROUP announces the disposal of the Budaors Office Park property in Hungary. The disposal, structured as a share deal transaction, was completed today and the counterparty is a Hungarian real estate fund. The project company, which was sold owns an office complex near Budapest, Budaörs Office Park with 18,512 sqm gross area and 23,941 sqm plot size.
