KPN invites its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 9 January 2015. The meeting is scheduled to inform shareholders about the intended appointment of Mr Frank van der Post as member of the Board of Management of KPN and Chief Commercial Officer and to request approval for a remuneration element, related to the appointment of Mr van der Post, not foreseen in KPN's remuneration policy.
