BlackRock, Inc. notified on 20 March 2018 pursuant to section 130 et seq. Austrian Stock Exchange Act that BlackRock, Inc. and its controlled undertakings crossed reporting thresholds on 19 March 2018 and have a relevant interest in 3,719,463 shares of BUWOG AG or 3.31% of the voting rights of BUWOG AG. The disclosure obligation arose due to total holdings in voting rights for BlackRock, Inc. going below 5% and 4%.
