GUTBURG IMMOBILIEN S.A. ANNOUNCES ANNUAL RESULTS 2017

- Revenue increased to EUR 36.4 million, up 1.2% YOY
- Adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR 18.8 million, up 1.3% YOY
- FFO I increased to EUR 10.2 million, up 10.4% compared to 2017
- Equity rose to EUR 177.6 million, up 14.6% YTD; Adjusted Equity increased to EUR 227.0 million
  with an adjusted equity ratio of 54.6%, up from 49.9% at year-end 2016
