Changes to Directors' Responsibilities
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 Genel Energy plc ('the Company') announces that Martin Gudgeon has been appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Tim Bushell as Chairman of the HSSE Committee.
