PRESS RELEASE

Former Goldman Sachs Banker Francesco Adiliberti strengthens the Swiss Crypto Exchange (SCX) team

Zurich, 20 June 2018 - The first SRO/VQF-regulated Swiss crypto exchange (Swiss Crypto Exchange (SCX)) continues to expand. Francesco Adiliberti (1970), Head of Sales and a member of the Board, will further strengthen the company, which started trading Blockchain-based products on the 13th of June 2018.

Adiliberti graduated from the University of Zurich and worked at Goldman Sachs in Zurich and London for over ten years, most recently as Managing Director. After holding other positions in private banking and fintech companies, the well-connected investment banker made a conscious decision to join the Swiss Crypto Exchange management board. According to Adiliberti, this is an "extraordinary opportunity to help shape the success of the next exchange generation".

He joins a team of competent specialists that company founder and CEO Cyrill Tröndle has brought together over the past year. Besides Chairman of the Board, Christian Katz, also a former Goldman Sachs banker who had previously worked with Adiliberti, he is now the second member in a managerial role at SCX to have made an important career at the American investment bank.

Cyrill Tröndle reports: "The team is very pleased with the addition of Francesco Adiliberti. His experience complements the team's technological competence with his financial market expertise. We are already well-positioned, but will be looking to make further substantial additions in the coming months.

SCX was founded to provide secure, high-quality and transparent access to blockchain-based products from Switzerland. SCX offers the trading of Bitcoin, Ether and selected payment and utility tokens. SCX is convinced that blockchain- and cryptotechnology will enable significant improvements and innovation for Switzerland as a business location and the associated international markets.
