The BOA Group (BOA) has been sold to Austria-based strategic partner Ring International Holding (RIH).

Ring International Holding AG is one of Austria's most dynamic investment companies and its focus is on acquiring companies and promoting their development on a sustainable basis.

BOA is one of the globally leading manufacturers of flexible metal components and is headquartered in Stutensee, Germany. The group operates seven manufacturing sites across Europe, China and the United States, with a total of more than 1,200 employees. Serving international customers from the automotive, industrial and aerospace segment, BOA currently generates revenues of about EUR 200m.

The transaction was coordinated by Brandl & Talos. Willkie advised on the German, French, Italian and US-American aspects of the transaction.
