Orlando, Florida, USA / 3rd October, 2018/ Lithion Power Corp. announces that effective October 02, 2018 the Wiener Borse (Vienna Stock Exchange) has eliminated the minimum trading volume requirement of Lithion Power 5.5% Convertible Bonds.

On December 07, 2017 the Lithion Power 5.5% Convertible Bonds (the "Bonds") were admitted to trading on the Wiener Borse (Vienna Stock Exchange, Third Market). Although the Bonds are denominated in units of EUR 1,000 each, the Bonds were subject to a minimum trade volume of EUR 100,000 and consequently deemed only for Institutional Investors.

On July 25, 2018 the Bonds became the subject of an offering Prospectus which was approved by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority. On July 26, 2018 the Prospectus was registered in Austria with the Financial Market Authority, and in Germany with the BAFIN pursuant to Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC as amended by Directive 2010/73/EU.

The registration of a valid Prospectus with the Financial Market Authority (Austria) and a subsequent request by Lithion Power Corp., the Wiener Borse approved the elimination of the EUR 100,000 minimum trade volume on October 02, 2018. As a result the Bonds are no longer deemed suitable only for Institutional Investors but for all Investors including retail Investors who may purchase and trade the Bonds in single units of EUR 1,000 with no required minimum trade amount above EUR 1,000.

The Bonds are currently quoted on the Wiener Borse (Vienna Stock Exchange, Third Market) and the Deutsche Borse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Quotation Board) and are available for purchase and sale by retail investors through authorized brokers and banks as a result of the elimination of the minimum trade requirement and that the Bond Prospectus is registered and valid in Austria and Germany and the U.K.

The Management of Lithion Power Corp. believe that this significant regulatory change with regard to the Bonds will provide Investors with greater access to trading in the Bonds and will provide increased liquidity for the Bonds in secondary markets.
