LSR Group starts pre-sales of a new building in Civilization

LSR Group started pre-sales of apartments in the building No. 11 of Civilization project located in Nevsky District of St. Petersburg.

The building No. 11 (from 15 to 26 floors) comprises 1050 apartments, ranging from 31 to 76 sqm, and commercial premises. Buyers can choose from one to three bedroom flats. The price per sqm starts from RUB 86,000.

The total area of the building is nearly 75,000 sqm. The completion is scheduled for 4Q 2020. It is planned to transfer the first keys to customers before June 30th, 2021.

Civilization is one of the largest projects being carried out by LSR Group in St. Petersburg. The project implies construction of housing and commercial premises with the total area of more than 800 thousand sqm along with the supporting social infrastructure, including two schools for 3,300 children, four kindergartens for 720 children, playgrounds and sports ground. Shops and service companies will be located on the ground floors of the residential buildings. There are several large hypermarkets, shopping malls, DIY stores only a few minutes away from the project. Ulitsa Dybenko metro station is within walking distance from the project.
