HMS Group Buy-back Programme Results

 

HMS Group announces today that it has repurchased 52,500 of its global depositary receipts ("GDRs") representing 0.22 percent of the Company's issued share capital during the period from March 25, 2019 up to and including March 29, 2019.

 

The Company is currently in a closed period; these purchases were made by the Company's broker, Renaissance Capital, pursuant to an irrevocable instruction from the Company prior to commencement of the closed period.

 

Since the start of the programme, the Company has repurchased 1,204,149 GDRs in total (representing 5.14 percent of its issued share capital).
