Notice of change of ownership of RusHydro shares

April 05, 2019. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the sale of its shares owned by JSC RAO ES East, member of RusHydro Group, in total amount of 356 ordinary shares.

The number of RAO ES East's shares in the Company's share capital decreased from 48,511,987 (or 0.0113801% of the current share capital) to 48,511,631 (or 0.0113799% of the current share capital).

The transaction took place on April 05, 2019.
