PV-Invest power plant bonds are listed on the stock exchange
- Total volume up to 15 million euros
- Split into two bonds with different maturities
- Subscription as private placement is still possible

Klagenfurt, May 03rd, 2019. The corporate bonds issued by PV-Invest GmbH, one of the established photovoltaic companies in Austria (WKN A2RUD4 / ISIN AT0000A23UQ1), (WKN A2RUD5 / ISIN AT0000A23UP3) were included in the trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
Like the PV-Invest photovoltaic bonds from 2016 and 2017, the most recent PV-Invest corporate bonds were admitted to trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange. This allows investors in these bonds to enjoy the greatest possible flexibility and short-term availability of their capital.

The company will invest the proceeds of the issue primarily in new PV power plants already connected to the grid. " We have various photovoltaic and small hydropower projects with a total volume of more than 10 MW ready. In all these cases, PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) and sufficiently long funding periods ensure a stable, long-term predictable cash flow ", says Günter Grabner, Managing Director of PV-Invest GmbH. The objects are predominantly located in the company's existing markets and other Central European countries.

PV-Invest GmbH operates in the renewable energy sector and produces electricity from photovoltaic and small hydropower plants together with its subsidiaries. At present, the company has a portfolio of 32 MW in operation. On the other hand, the company plans and builds PV power projects in Europe and the MENA region. The balance sheet total as of 30.06.2018 amounts to EUR 70 million.
