CPI PROPERTY GROUP - Acquisition of Equator II office in Warsaw

CPI PROPERTY GROUP ("CPIPG" or the "Group"), the largest owner of income-generating real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, announces the acquisition of Equator II office building in Warsaw, Poland.

Completed in 2011, Equator II is a modern A class office building spanning 23,100 square metres over 14 floors with occupancy of nearly 100%. Together with Eurocentrum and Equator IV which were acquired by CPIPG in the fourth quarter of 2019, the addition of Equator II creates a superb platform for CPIPG on Aleje Jerozolimskie in central Warsaw. CPIPG acquired Equator II from Karimpol Polska, one of the leading developers in the region.
